Our Atlanta Youth Tennis Program:

Cultivating Champions On and Off the Court

Welcome to the Atlanta Youth Tennis Group, where we nurture young athletes through a variety of dynamic programs designed to inspire, educate, and develop future tennis stars. Our comprehensive offerings ensure that every participant has the opportunity to excel both on the court and in life.

After School Tennis Program
Our After School Tennis Program is a cornerstone of our initiative. Our goal is 100% Homework completion. From the classroom to the courts! Each day, our dedicated van picks up enthusiastic players from Wadsworth School for High Achievers, The Friends School of Atlanta, Christine Elizabeth Academy, and Drew Charter School. This Spring, we're introducing an exciting new element: STEM Tennis. This innovative program integrates science, technology, engineering, and math concepts with tennis training, providing a holistic learning experience that stimulates both the mind and body.

Spring Break and Summer Camps
Our Spring Break Camp focuses on preparing young athletes for USTA Tournament play. It’s an intensive week of honing skills, developing strategies, and fostering a competitive spirit. When summer rolls around, our Summer Camps kick into high gear with engaging activities that blend fun and fitness. These camps are designed to keep players active and entertained, ensuring they stay sharp and motivated during the off-season.

Holiday Camps
For those looking to gain an edge before the winter tournaments, our Holiday Camps offer the perfect mix of social tennis and high-intensity training. These camps provide a fantastic opportunity for players to improve their game while building lasting friendships.

Player Development
A select group of young players who excel academically, manage their responsibilities at home, and demonstrate consistent effort in practice thrive in our elite program. These dedicated athletes compete regularly in local team tennis, individual state, sectional, national, and even international events, with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level.

To support these ambitious young players, we provide the tools necessary to make their competitive tennis journey accessible and successful.

This includes:
Training Support:

Tailored coaching and development programs to refine skills and enhance performance.

Equipment Needs:

Ensuring each player has the best gear to compete at their highest level.

Tournament Expenses:

Covering entry fees, travel costs, and accommodation expenses to ease the financial burden on families and allow players to focus on their game.

Why Choose Atlanta Youth Tennis Group?
Our programs are designed not just to create excellent tennis players, but to develop well-rounded individuals who are prepared for success in all areas of life. We foster an environment that promotes discipline, teamwork, and resilience, ensuring our participants grow both as athletes and as people.

Join Us!
We are thrilled about the journey ahead and invite you to be part of our vibrant tennis community. With the support of passionate coaches, innovative programs, and a network of peers who share the same commitment, the Atlanta Youth Tennis Group is where young players become champions on and off the court.

Let's create a brighter future through the power of tennis—one serve, one match, and one life at a time.

The Overhead Foundation's STEM Tennis Wednesday & Saturday Program is special because we spend time learning about the importance of agriculture. We select specific seeds to plant. We engage with the process of growing flowers and vegetables. We also learn the importance of functional usability as we rely on the clay court sprinklers to water our soil.
